Can we call it a sign from the God if: A couple entrepreneur’s car gets punctured right in front of an old heritage building that’s for rent and one guy’s dream is to run a bohemian eatry? Well we would like to think that way…
It all started in 2018 renting the property and naming it The Mayflower not of the ship but the beautiful tree that fell a year later. In about 6 months a cozy bohemian place was born and became an instant hit but only among the neighbours. With months passing we identified a beautiful chef, transferred a star manger from our core startup and served/cleaned/cooked to become a hit with a slightly larger community. Then hired a great consultant to prefix ‘Global Cuisine’ to our existing great food. Then again with re-learning & un-learning the business nuances without compromising our values is this place - The Mayflower.
Fresh food, no extra for more taste etc., are always our values.
Right now we have become a community with loads of people to love for and be loved.
But as requested for a definition of our place, by our marketing team we can say it is: ’The Mayflower is in a cozy heritage bungalow serving global cuisine - comfort food around the world. Come with your friends and family for a fun time and enjoy the board games, books & the gallery or bring your date and make it special. See you there at The Mayflower!’
